Hi, my name is Sheila and I am a thirty-year-old woman. I grew up near the beach and have always had a passion for the ocean. As a kid, I would spend hours running along the shore, collecting seashells and exploring the rock pools. Whenever I feel stressed or overwhelmed, I know that spending time at the beach can help me relax and recharge.
In fact, my love for the ocean has led to some of the most important moments in my life. I met my husband on a surfing trip we took together in Bali. We both fell in love with the island's natural beauty and vibrant culture, and we decided to move there for a year after we got married.
We lived in Ubud, which is known as one of the most spiritual places in Indonesia. Every day was an adventure - from exploring ancient temples to hiking through lush jungles. We even started our own surf school and taught others how to ride the waves like we did when we were younger.
Unfortunately, life got in the way and we had to move back home. But I still find ways to stay connected to the ocean - whether it's taking long walks on the beach or practicing yoga with a view of the water. Even though I may not be living by the sea anymore, I know that my love for its beauty will never fade away.
