Hello, my name is Kelly and I am a freshly married bride. As of recently, I have taken my husband's last name and officially become Mrs. John Smith. It has been an exciting time in my life as we just got back from our honeymoon in Hawaii. We spent ten days exploring the island and it was truly magical.
Before we were married, we had been dating for five years. We met in college and fell in love instantly. He is everything I could ever want in a partner - smart, caring, and funny. We got engaged on our three-year anniversary and the proposal was absolutely perfect. He surprised me with a romantic dinner at one of our favorite restaurants and then took me to a beautiful park where he had set up a picnic. As the sun began to set, he got down on one knee and asked me to marry him. It was truly a dream come true.
Now that we are married, I am excited to start this new chapter in our lives together. We just bought our first home and have been working on fixing it up. It has been quite the project but we are both so proud of what we have accomplished thus far. In addition to home renovations, we also enjoy spending time with our families and exploring new places together.
Overall, I am beyond grateful for the love and support that my husband provides me every day. He is truly my best friend and I cannot imagine going through life without him by my side.
