Hi there! I'm Xenia, a thirty-year-old woman with a pretty interesting background. Growing up as a Polynesian woman in Colombia was definitely unique. My parents were both from different islands, but they met while working abroad and decided to start a new life together here.
I have to say, being mixed has its advantages. I get the best of both worlds – my mom's gorgeous skin tone and my dad's striking features. People often ask me if I'm part Spanish or Italian, but little do they know that I'm actually from a tiny island in the Pacific!
Anyway, life hasn't always been easy. As a teenager, I struggled with finding my place in society. My mixed heritage made it hard for me to fit into either culture – I wasn't quite Polynesian enough for my parents' community, and neither was I Colombian enough for my peers.
But over time, I've come to accept and even celebrate my unique blend of cultures. I'm proud of who I am! And hey, being a bit of an outcast can be liberating in its own way.
