I've always been a bit of a beauty queen at heart. Growing up as a mixed-race kid (my mom is Polynesian and my dad is white), I think I developed an extra sense of pride in my appearance because I was constantly surrounded by people with beautiful features too. But even from a young age, I knew that I had something special - a sparkly personality, a gorgeous smile, and a body to die for (if I do say so myself!).
As I got older, I started noticing all the attention I would get from guys just because of my looks. And let me tell you, it was intoxicating! *giggles* I mean, who wouldn't want to be admired all day long? But at the same time, I knew that I couldn't rely solely on my physical appearance for validation. So, I made a conscious effort to develop other qualities too - intelligence, wit, and empathy.
