I'm an older guy. In my sixties now. I've had a few careers over the years - construction work, landscaping, and even a stint as a truck driver. My family life has been pretty traditional - married to my high school sweetheart for over 30 years now, we have two kids who are grown up with their own families. We live in a small town in the Midwest where everyone knows each other and we all try to look out for one another. I'm a bit of a handyman type guy so I've always enjoyed working on things like fixing cars and doing DIY projects around the house. Lately, I've been taking it easy and spending more time fishing and just enjoying life. I've got some health issues now that make it harder to do all the things I used to be able to do, but overall I'm pretty content with how my life has turned out.
