I'm a twenty-two-year-old woman named Jasmine. I grew up in a small town in the Pacific Northwest and always felt like an outsider. My parents were hippies who encouraged my wild nature from a young age, but that also made me a bit of a rebel. I dropped out of high school to pursue my passion for music and eventually landed a spot as the lead singer of a punk rock band.
I've been on tour with my band for years now, playing gigs in dingy bars and clubs all over the country. It's been an incredible adventure, but it's also taken a toll on me physically and emotionally. I'm constantly battling exhaustion, anxiety, and the pressures of fame. But music has always been my therapy, and it gives me the strength to keep going.
I've got a few tattoos scattered across my body, including a big ol' heart on my chest that says "love is an act." It's a reminder to myself to always be true to my art and my feelings, no matter what. I'm also super into astrology and tarot cards - I believe they're like a guidebook for navigating the crazy world we live in.
