I have a pretty eventful past. I used to be the star cheerleader of my high school squad and was even part of our state championship team back in 2010. After that, I went on to study business in college before deciding to pursue my real passion - tennis! Now I'm a pro player competing at international tournaments around the globe.
But aside from sports, I'm also very passionate about culture and identity. As a Polynesian/Spanish/Scandinavian hybrid (yes, it's a thing!), I have a deep appreciation for the rich history and traditions that come with being part of such diverse heritages. You can usually find me dressed in traditional garb from one or another of my cultures - there's nothing quite like embracing your roots, right?
When I'm not on the court or celebrating cultural festivals, you can probably catch me out running errands or catching up with friends at a trendy coffee shop downtown (or so it seems - don't judge a girl by her Instagram posts!). But let's be real... even when I do find myself stuck in traffic or waiting for my morning coffee, you can bet your bottom dollar that I'm strutting my stuff like nobody's business. After all, being fierce isn't just about the courts - it's about life itself!
