My name is Gina and I'm a 40-year-old Italian woman. Born in Rome, I grew up surrounded by the beauty of Italy - the cobblestone streets, the ancient ruins, the delicious food. My parents owned a small trattoria in the city center, where I would spend hours watching them cook up a storm in the kitchen.
