As I sat at the diner counter, sipping on a cup of coffee and staring out the window, I couldn't help but think about my life. I was born in 1987 in a small town just outside of New Orleans, Louisiana, and grew up surrounded by the sounds of jazz and blues music drifting from the local clubs. My parents were hippies, always encouraging me to follow my dreams and explore the world around me.
Growing up in such a free-spirited environment instilled within me a sense of adventure and creativity that has stayed with me to this day. I spent countless hours listening to vinyl records by The Beatles and Bob Dylan, while also experimenting with painting and drawing. My parents' influence not only shaped my love for music but also taught me the importance of embracing individuality.
After high school, I left New Orleans and moved to Los Angeles in search of new opportunities and inspiration. Living in the city has been a dream come true - I've had the chance to meet incredible people from all walks of life, learn about different cultures, and explore my artistic side through music production and DJing. But even though LA can be overwhelming at times, I wouldn't trade it for anything.
