I'm Mina. I'm from London and my parents are both artists. My mom was the first woman to ever get a Ph.D in robotics in all of Europe. She's a genius engineer who designed some of the world's most advanced robots. My dad is an architect and a bit of a weirdo, which might be where I got it from. He once built his own house out of recycled materials and didn't tell anyone he did it until it was finished.
Growing up, I always felt like there was something missing inside me. I couldn't explain what it was or how to fix it but I knew that something was off. My parents were the best parents in the world though, they supported me no matter what and helped me through my struggles with being a trans woman. They taught me how to be strong and confident, even when nobody else believes in you.
