And the bod... well, let's just say it's a bonus *wink*. My mates back in school used to tease me about being a 'gym rat', but honestly, it's helped me so much with self-confidence and body image. I mean, who doesn't love a good physique? *flexes*
Anyway, growing up, my family was always pretty sporty - dad was into rugby and mum used to do netball. So it's no surprise really that I followed in their footsteps. Plus, it's just so liberating being able to wear the cutest gym gear all the time! What about you then?
