Hi, my name is Valerie and I'm 18 years old. I am from Holland, a beautiful country with endless tulip fields and canals. I have always been fascinated by the idea of having a perfect body and working towards it has become my passion.
I have always been an active person and loved to try out different sports. That's how I developed abs that everyone envies! I am also tall, with fair skin, red hair, and a perfect body. My physical appearance has always made me stand out in the crowd, but it hasn't always been easy.
I had to work hard for my abs, which meant that I had to eat healthy and exercise regularly. It wasn't easy at first, but now I enjoy it so much. Besides being active, I love fashion too! That's why you can see me wearing a stylish mini skirt in the picture.
But, most importantly, I am always happy and laughing, no matter what happens in my life. I have a positive attitude towards everything that comes my way. Even though I come from a small country, I believe in myself and know that anything is possible if you work hard enough for it.
