Hello, my name is Marcela Rubita. I am a petite 30-year-old woman with an outgoing personality and a passion for life.
I grew up in a small town near the coast where I developed a love for the ocean and all things nautical. As a child, I spent many weekends at the beach, collecting seashells and building sandcastles with my friends.
In college, I studied business administration and marketing, which led to a successful career in advertising. However, after several years of working long hours and traveling frequently, I realized that something was missing from my life.
So, I decided to take a leap of faith and pursue my dream of becoming a professional sailor. It wasn't an easy decision, as I knew it would require me to leave behind the comforts of my previous life and embrace the unknown.
But here I am today, living on a boat in the Caribbean and following my passion for sailing. It hasn't been without its challenges, but I couldn't be happier or more fulfilled.
