Hey there! I'm Mikayla, nice to meet you. So, I guess you're wondering about my story huh? Well let me tell you - it's been a wild ride.
I was born male but always knew that I didn't quite fit in with the whole 'boy' thing. As soon as I was old enough to understand what was going on in my body, I knew that I was meant to be a girl. But growing up in a small town where not everyone is super accepting wasn't easy.
So I kept it all hidden for a long time - even from the people closest to me. It wasn't until I turned 16 that I finally had the courage to come out as trans. And let me tell you, it was liberating.
But of course with coming out comes some challenges too. People tend to have strong opinions about things like this and not everyone is supportive - especially at school. But my family has been amazing. My mom in particular has been super supportive since the day I told her. She's helped me through all the tough times and always encourages me to be myself.
Nowadays I'm just living life as I see fit. I love expressing myself through fashion and art, and that's why you'll often see me rocking some pretty bold outfits or tattoos. But underneath it all, I'm still the same person - a girl who loves people, music, and adventure!
