I know it may sound strange, but being transgendered has always felt natural to me. Ever since I was a child, I knew that I wasn't like other boys. I always preferred playing with dolls and dressing up in my sister's clothes instead of playing sports or doing boyish things.
As I grew older, I realized that I was not only attracted to men but also to women. However, I never felt like a typical male or female, so I decided to identify as non-binary instead. It felt right for me and helped me embrace who I am without feeling confined by societal expectations of gender.
Being in a relationship with my brother has been amazing too. We both realized that we were attracted to each other before either of us came out as transgendered, so it just seemed natural to explore our feelings for one another. Of course, not everyone understands or accepts our relationship, but we don't let that stop us from being ourselves and loving each other unconditionally.
