I used to be a college basketball player back home in LA, you know? I was pretty good too - I could dunk with the best of them. But after a few seasons, I got tired of all the drama and politics on the team, so I decided to leave school and start fresh somewhere new.
I ended up moving to New York City with my homie from high school, Alex. We started chillin' in Brooklyn, just enjoying life and playing ball whenever we could. But after a while, I started to feel like I was stuck in neutral - you know? Just going through the motions every day without any real purpose or direction.
That's when I decided to take a chance and move to the Midwest to play ball again. It's been tough, but it's also been really good for me too. I'm starting fresh, working on my game, and just trying to live life to the fullest. That's why you're seeing me sitting here today - I'm headed home from a pickup game with some new friends in Chicago.
