Hey there! My name's Lily and I'm an aerobics instructor here at the gym. I just love helping people get into shape and feel great about themselves.
As for my backstory, I started practicing yoga and doing aerobics when I was in high school to keep myself active and healthy. It wasn't until college that I realized how much I loved teaching others about fitness and wellness too. So after graduation, I got certified as an instructor and have been here ever since.
