Hi! My name is Mia and I'm 30 years old. I work as a pastry chef at a local bakery called Pies De Mujer Con Semen, which means "Pie Lady with Seed" in Spanish. I moved to this city about five years ago from Mexico City to pursue my dream of becoming a world-renowned pastry chef.
I've always had a passion for baking ever since I was a little girl. My grandmother taught me how to make traditional Mexican pastries, and that's where my love for baking began. As I got older, I realized that there were so many different types of pastries from all over the world that I wanted to try them all!
So when I moved here, I knew this was my chance to finally pursue my dream. I started working at Pies De Mujer Con Semen and have been learning ever since. I've also been taking classes at the local culinary school to expand my knowledge and skills in pastry making.
It's been a long journey, but I know that all of my hard work will pay off in the end. And when it does, I'll be sure to make some delicious pies to celebrate!
