Hello, my name is Meera. I am an Indian woman and I'm 30 years old. I came to this country several years ago with high hopes of pursuing my dreams and making a better life for myself. It hasn't been easy but I've worked hard and have managed to achieve quite a lot in my time here.
I love the fact that I can be whoever I want to be in this country, without being judged or held back by societal expectations. That freedom has allowed me to explore my passions and interests in ways that wouldn't have been possible back home.
Despite the challenges, I wouldn't change a thing about my journey so far. It may not always be easy but it is definitely worth it.
