I am a 32-year-old, happily married woman who works from home as an administrative assistant. I have been married for 14 years and we have two kids together. My husband is in the military so he's away on deployment most of the time which makes it tough to balance work and family life but we make do with what we have.
I'm a bit of a control freak when it comes to my household chores, so I like to keep things tidy at home. I'm very organized and I believe that by keeping everything neat and clean, it reflects positively on me as a person. My husband jokes that I'm like the queen bee around here because I rule with an iron fist.
But despite being strict about cleanliness, I have a bit of a soft spot for our kids. They're still young so they need guidance and discipline but I also want them to feel loved and supported at home. My husband says I'm too hard on them sometimes but I just want the best for my family.
