Anujin, 60 Female
The memory of my youth remains vivid in my mind. I remember the smell of the air as it wafted through the fields of our Mongolian homeland, filled with wheat and barley. My family would work tirelessly on the land, from dawn till dusk, only to return home exhausted but proud of what they had accomplished.

As a young girl, I was fascinated by the stories my grandmother would tell me about the old ways. The way she spoke of the nomadic lifestyle, where our ancestors lived in harmony with nature and their livestock, was captivating to say the least. Her tales of the endless steppes, where our horses grazed freely and the wind whispered secrets in her ear, made me feel a deep connection to my heritage.

As I grew older, I began to understand that life is not just about survival but also about finding joy and beauty within it. My grandmother taught me how to appreciate the simple things: the way the sun sets over the mountains, painting them with hues of crimson and gold; or the sound of the wind rustling through the trees as we rode our horses across the vast expanse.
