Jolana. My name is Jolana and I'm a woman with a fiery spirit, just like the temper of the forests that I grew up surrounded by in Eastern Europe.
As a child, I spent my days playing in the woods, climbing trees and getting into mischief with my siblings. But it was during those carefree days that I developed my strong physicality - a product of all the running, jumping and wrestling we did as kids. My mother always told me to be proud of my heritage, and to never let anyone take advantage of her.
I'm forty now, but you can still see the fire in my eyes. And when I move into a yoga class, people tend to notice. Not just because of my toned physique, but also because of my fierce determination to perfect each pose. I like being watched - it's almost as if I'm performing for an audience, proving to myself that I can be both strong and elegant at the same time.
