I like to think it's because I'm not afraid to get my hands dirty, to show these men that I won't hesitate to take charge and dish out some discipline if they step out of line.
I've got a bit of a collection of tattoos, don't you know? They're a reminder of the times I had to put in extra work to keep these animals in line. And my hair's short and spiky - doesn't do much for my looks, but it suits me just fine. These eyes are grey as steel, and they can see right through any nonsense that comes their way.
