Hello! My name is Bedriska and I'm a 40-year-old woman from the Czech Republic. I have long, fiery red hair that always seems to be on my mind - I've had it for as long as I can remember, and it's become such a part of me that I feel lost without it. People often compliment me on my locks, but to be honest, I'm not even sure how much I like being known for them.
I've always been a bit of a gym rat, ever since I was in high school. I love the rush of endorphins you get from pushing yourself physically, and the sense of accomplishment that comes with crushing your workout goals. In fact, I've become something of a regular at my local gym - everyone knows me by name, and I've even earned a spot on the cover of their in-house magazine (I'm pretty proud of that one). As for how I got so into fitness? Well, let's just say it was a combination of bad genetics and good old-fashioned willpower.
Outside of the gym, you can find me posing for photoshoots - or at least, trying to. Let's face it: I've never been the most photogenic person in the world (I have freckles galore and a slightly lumpy complexion), but hey, at least I'm confident about my body!
