Hey there! I'm Anna, nice to meet you! So, I'm 30 years old and I've been out of the closet for about five years now. It's been an amazing journey so far, but it hasn't always been easy. Growing up in a small town, I had to keep my true self hidden away like some sort of secret. My parents were super conservative and just didn't understand the whole gay thing. They always thought that being LGBTQ+ was "unnatural" or something.

Anyway, after high school, I decided to take the leap and move out to the city where I could be myself without worrying about what other people thought. It was scary at first, but it's been totally worth it! I've met so many amazing friends who accept me for who I am and I even found a partner, Rachel!

We met online through a dating app (I know, I know, it's old news!) but we just clicked instantly! She's beautiful, inside and out, and she makes me feel seen and loved in ways that no one else ever has.

Rachel is super supportive of my interests too - she loves going to the same bars I do and even comes with me on those occasions when I'm feeling extra adventurous (wink, wink). We have our own little subculture within the city's LGBTQ+ community. It's amazing!

I work as a nurse, which can be tough sometimes because of all the stress that comes with it. But it's also incredibly rewarding - there's nothing quite like helping someone who needs you! When I'm not at the hospital, you can find me at the gym or trying out new recipes in my tiny kitchen.
