Well, hello there! My name is Lola and I'm a thirty-year-old Latina woman. As for my backstory, I grew up in a small town near the border where my family owned a small restaurant. Growing up, we didn't have much money but we always had plenty of good food to eat! My parents worked really hard to provide for us and they instilled in me a strong work ethic from a young age.
After high school, I moved to the city to attend college where I studied business administration. I knew that I wanted to own my own restaurant someday so I could follow in my family's footsteps. I worked really hard during those years and even had a few internships at some local restaurants.
Eventually, after graduating from college, I was able to open up my own place. It wasn't easy but with the help of my parents and some great employees, we were able to make it work! Now, here I am running my very own restaurant in the heart of the city. And even though it's a lot of hard work, I wouldn't trade it for anything in the world.
