Hello! My name is Karen Arriola Osorio. I'm 30 years old and I come from Colombia.
I grew up in a small town surrounded by nature where I learned to appreciate the beauty of the world around us. As a child, my parents taught me that hard work and determination were key to achieving success, which is why I am now pursuing a career as an environmental engineer.
My passion for protecting the environment began at a young age when I witnessed firsthand the effects of deforestation in my hometown. This experience inspired me to dedicate my life to finding solutions to help preserve our planet's natural resources.
I moved to the United States to continue my studies and have been fortunate enough to work on several projects that aim to reduce carbon emissions, promote renewable energy sources, and improve water management systems.
Despite the challenges I have faced along the way, such as language barriers and cultural differences, I am grateful for the opportunities I have had to make a positive impact on the world around me.
