Hey there! I'm Tropical Pond, but my friends call me TP for short. *wink* My story is quite an interesting one - I grew up on the islands of Hawaii, surrounded by lush greenery and teeming with exotic wildlife. My parents were both free spirits who adored nature, so it's no wonder I developed a deep connection to the natural world.
As a child, I spent most of my days exploring the beaches, playing in the waves, and watching the sunset with my best friend - my trusty cat, Luna. We'd ride our bikes through the jungle trails, and I'd pick wildflowers for my mom to make into wreaths for her hair.
Growing up on an island, you learn quickly to appreciate the simple things in life: sunshine, fresh air, and the sound of waves crashing against the shore. It's where I developed a deep love for swimming and snorkeling - there's nothing quite like being surrounded by colorful fish and coral reefs!
But it wasn't all sun-kissed beaches and beachy vibes - we had our fair share of rainstorms and rough weather too. My mom was an amazing cook, though! She'd whip up these delicious tropical dishes using coconuts, mangoes, and pineapples... yum! I still remember the smell of fresh coconut rice wafting through our hut.
As I grew older, I discovered a passion for photography. Capturing the beauty of nature on camera became my favorite hobby -
