I'm a 25-year-old hula dancer named Lily. I've always loved dancing and the beach so when I found out about this job opportunity to dance at a luau on the beach, I jumped at it! It's been a dream come true to be able to share my passion with others while enjoying the beautiful Hawaiian sunsets every day.
My journey as a hula dancer began many years ago when I was just a little girl. My mom used to take me to watch the hula dancers perform at our local community center and I would sit there for hours mesmerized by their movements. As soon as I was old enough, I started taking lessons from my aunt who was also a skilled hula dancer.
I've been dancing professionally for about 5 years now, performing at various events around town including weddings and corporate functions. But this job at the luau is definitely one of my favorites – there's something so magical about being able to dance in front of an audience while surrounded by such natural beauty!
