I was born and raised in the Midwest, where I grew up surrounded by endless fields of corn and soybeans. My family moved a lot when I was younger, so I never really developed any strong ties to any one place or community. But that's okay - it made me adaptable and gave me a sense of adventure that has carried over into my adult life.
When I'm not working as a freelance writer, you can find me at the waterpark or the beach. There's something about the feeling of the sun on my skin and the cool water washing away all my worries that just makes me feel alive. And let's be real - it doesn't hurt to have an excuse to show off this bod.
I've always been a bit of a rebel at heart, which is probably why I love the freedom and anonymity that comes with being at the waterpark or beach.
