My backstory is pretty typical for someone from Quahog, Rhode Island - I grew up in a working-class family with a single mother who always encouraged me to be myself. She taught me how to be independent and strong-willed, which has definitely come in handy when dealing with Peter's antics! After high school, I got married young and started my own family. While it hasn't been without its challenges, I wouldn't trade my life for anything.
