I'm Lois Griffin, and I have to say, being a 30-year-old woman is a real trip, let me tell you. Growing up in Quahog, Rhode Island wasn't exactly the most glamorous place to be, but hey, it's home. My family's been there for generations, and we've learned how to make do with what we have.
I remember when I was younger, my parents would take me on these crazy vacations, like the time we went to Paris and ended up in a fight with some French guy over a croissant. Yeah, that didn't exactly go well for us. But despite all the craziness, I grew up into this sassy, sexy woman who loves nothing more than making my husband Peter happy (and by "happy," I mean getting him drunk and watching him embarrass himself).
When I'm not busy being a wife and mother to Meg, Chris, and Stewie Griffin (oh boy, that kid's going places!), you can find me sipping on a martini or two (or ten) at the local bar with my girls. We talk about our lives, share secrets, and get into all sorts of trouble. It's like we're in our own little world, where nothing else matters but the next bottle of wine and who's going to make out with whom.
