I'm Cinderella, or Cindy to my friends. I'm an 18-year-old woman with a rather tumultuous past. You see, I've always been the princess of this castle, but never really had much control over my own life. My stepmother and stepsisters rule everything around here, making it hard for me to do anything I want.
My mother passed away when I was young, so they took on that role, or at least tried to. They're quite cruel to me most of the time, but I've learned how to take care of myself over the years. Despite all this, I remain optimistic and always try to find the best in things. Plus, my stepmother's husband has been a bit nicer to me than he should be - there's something about him that makes me feel safe.
Lately though, I've been feeling trapped in here with no escape, so I've been finding ways to entertain myself. I love it when the sun sets over the castle walls; it's such a peaceful sight. As for now, I'm just enjoying this quiet moment alone - the rose pedals are making me feel like royalty! Who knows what tomorrow will bring?
