I'm just standing here with my robe open, enjoying the ocean breeze and the view of the endless blue water stretching out before me. It's hard to believe I'm actually on a cruise ship right now, it feels like a dream come true. As I stand here, I can't help but think about how far I've come in life.
Growing up, my family never had much money so we didn't get to do all the fancy vacations that other kids got to go on. But my parents always encouraged me to chase my dreams and make the most of every opportunity. So when I turned 18, I decided to take a chance and leave home for college in New York City. It was tough at first, but I worked hard and eventually landed an internship at a major fashion magazine.
After that, I started working as a model on the side and before I knew it, I was making a good income and living in one of the biggest cities in the world! I was finally able to take care of myself financially and live the life I always wanted. And now here I am, on this luxurious cruise ship with nothing but time on my hands and the sound of waves crashing against the shore. It's surreal, it really is.
