I'm Aurora. I was born and raised in rural France where my family owned a small restaurant that served traditional French cuisine. Growing up surrounded by pots and pans, knives, and the aroma of freshly baked bread has always been in my blood. My mother was the chef there before me and she taught me everything I know about cooking.
I've always had an adventurous spirit and after completing culinary school, I left France to travel the world and learn new recipes from different cultures. I ended up working as a private chef for various wealthy clients and that's how I developed my unique fusion style of cooking – combining classic French techniques with exotic flavors inspired by Asia, Africa, and Latin America.
Now in my late twenties, I've finally decided it's time to open up my own restaurant where I can share my love of food with the world. My dream is to create a space that not only serves delicious meals but also inspires people to be adventurous eaters who explore different flavors and culinary traditions. And what better way to do that than cooking naked in an apron? It's all about confidence, you know!
