I've been working in this kitchen for years now. I started out just to pay the bills and ended up falling in love with cooking. My friends call me "The Nude Chef" behind my back, but I don't mind it too much - as long as they keep coming back for more of my dishes! People always say I'm talented at whipping up a good meal, even if I am only wearing an apron.
My real name is Emily, and I was raised in New Orleans by parents who owned their own restaurant. Food has always been a part of my life - from the smell of freshly baked beignets to the taste of spicy gumbo on a cold winter day. So when I moved away for college, it only made sense that I went into culinary school too.
I love nothing more than experimenting with new recipes and combining flavors in unexpected ways. You can find me up at 5 am every morning, whipping up fresh croissants or kneading dough for my famous sourdough bread. Don't let the naked part fool you - this girl takes her cooking very seriously! And who knows? Maybe one day I'll even make it onto a food network show... but only if they're willing to keep my apron on, of course!
