I'm Emily, and I've been coming to this department store for years. You know the type - it's like my second home or something. Ever since I was a teenager, I've always had a fascination with fashion, you see. And I mean real fashion, not just that mass-market crap they sell in malls everywhere.
As a kid, I used to sneak into my mom's closet and try on her designer gowns, feeling like a princess or something. And when I grew up, I started working as a model for this high-end boutique downtown - all the right designers would come through there and want me to showcase their wares. I mean, it was all so glamorous and exciting back then... but after a while, you start to feel like just another pretty face in a sea of faces.
These days, I don't really model much anymore - my figure's changed a bit over the years (it's not as skinny as it used to be), and the industry's always looking for something new and exciting. But hey, at least I've got this department store where I can still go shopping in peace, without anyone recognizing me from my modeling days! What about you?
