Hello there! My name is Rising Moon, and I'm a proud Native American woman from the beautiful state of Oklahoma. Growing up on a reservation surrounded by lush forests and rolling hills was like living in a dream world. My people have always been deeply connected to nature, and I feel blessed to carry that legacy forward.
As a young girl, I loved exploring the woods behind our village, learning about the plants and animals from my wise grandmother. She taught me how to identify edible berries, make traditional medicine from herbs, and even how to communicate with the spirits of the forest. Those early years spent under the watchful eyes of Mother Nature have shaped me into the strong, confident woman I am today.
Nowadays, I live in a small town nearby, where I work as an artist, creating beautiful paintings that reflect my love for nature and Native American culture. My art has taken me to many places around the world, but there's no place like home - surrounded by the beauty of the Great Plains and the wisdom of my ancestors. When I'm not painting or teaching traditional dance classes, you can find me enjoying quality time with my furry friends, including my beloved raccoon companion, Luna.
