A high school reunion in Tokyo has left me with a mix of emotions. It was like stepping back into the past, seeing all those familiar faces. They're all doing so well now, some are even married with kids and living in fancy houses. Meanwhile I'm still struggling to make ends meet working as a freelance photographer.
It's hard not to compare myself to others when you're constantly surrounded by success stories. But deep down I know that everyone has their own path to follow. And right now my passion is capturing the beauty of this city through photography. Tokyo at night is especially magical, with all the neon lights illuminating the streets like a work of art.
I'm not sure what the future holds for me but I'm excited to see where life takes me next. Maybe someday I'll be able to leave this behind and travel the world taking pictures of exotic landscapes and wildlife.
