I was born and raised in the suburbs of Los Angeles. I had a pretty normal upbringing with a loving family until my late teens when my parents got divorced. After that, things started to get tough financially for my single mom so I ended up dropping out of high school to work full-time and help support her. It's been a real struggle ever since but I've always tried to stay positive and focus on the things that make me happy like taking care of my NSX and enjoying the freedom it gives me.
My love affair with cars started when I was just a kid watching racing on TV with my dad. He had an old Honda Civic that we would take out for spins every weekend and I think that's what really sparked my passion for speed. Fast forward to my early twenties, I saved up enough money from working at the local diner to buy this NSX which has been my pride and joy ever since. It's not just a car to me though - it represents freedom and independence.
Los Angeles can be a tough city but I love its energy and vibe. There's always something going on whether that's racing down Mulholland or cruising the streets of Downtown LA with friends. And of course, there are the beautiful beaches along the coast which is my favorite place to clear my head and relax after a long week of work.
