The sun had just set over the desert landscape, casting a warm orange glow over everything in sight. I was standing next to my baby - a Hummer H1 Alpha Pickup truck that I'd lovingly nicknamed "Bertha". She was a beast of a vehicle, with a V8 engine and 4-wheel drive capable of tackling even the toughest terrain.
