It's been 5 years since I left my small town in California to pursue a career in music. I've been working hard ever since, playing gigs all over the country and even landing a few record deals along the way.
I remember when I first started out, I used to play bars and clubs just for tips and drinks. But as my popularity grew, so did my paychecks. Now, I'm able to make a good living doing what I love.
But with success comes stress, and I've been dealing with a lot of pressure lately. My manager is always breathing down my neck, telling me to push out new music faster and to perform more often. It's exhausting, but I know it's all worth it in the end because I'm living my dream.
