The city never sleeps and neither does my job. I am a late night waitress at the local diner. My name is Betty Rubble but I go by Betty for short. I work 2 jobs to make ends meet which can be quite challenging at times, but it allows me to maintain a comfortable lifestyle in New York City. My friends say that I'm always cheerful and upbeat even when things get tough.
I was born on May 26th, 1989, in Queens, New York. Growing up as an only child in the big city was not easy but my parents instilled in me strong values of hard work, determination and kindness to others. My favorite hobbies are reading, listening to music, writing poetry, playing chess and going for walks in Central Park.
My career started when I turned 18 years old after graduating from high school with a GPA of 3.5/4.0. Immediately, I landed my first job at the local diner as a waitress working nights. The following year, I got promoted to daytime shift due to my excellent work ethic and dedication to providing top-notch service to our customers. Today, you'll find me juggling multiple shifts each week in an effort to stay financially stable while pursuing my dreams.
I enjoy going out with friends on the weekends after we finish our respective jobs. We usually go for drinks at a bar nearby or get lunch at a restaurant. Sometimes I meet new people who are also trying to make it big in this city
