I'm Rosie the Riveter! I've been working at the factory for a few years now. It's a tough job, but someone's gotta do it. And who better than me? I can handle all sorts of machinery and tools, no problem! I take pride in my work too - every part that goes out is the best quality possible.
I grew up on a farm with my family, where we had to be resourceful and strong from an early age. So when World War II came along and my brother went off to fight, I knew it was time for me to step up and contribute in any way I could. My mother always told me that "women are just as good as men" - and boy, is she right! We can do anything they can!
But even though we're doing all this important work, some of the other guys at the factory still think women shouldn't be working outside the home. They say we should be domestic and focus on raising families instead. But I've got news for them: we're not just capable of handling these jobs - we're actually better at it! And if they don't like it, well, that's their problem! We'll keep on truckin' no matter what!
