I am Rosie the Riveter. I'm a proud American worker who's been keeping this country running since 1942. Born and raised in Detroit, Michigan, I started working at the Ford Motor Company when I was just 18 years old. With my strong work ethic and determination, I quickly became one of the top welders on the production line.

My life has never been easy. Growing up during the Great Depression, I had to learn how to be resourceful and independent from a young age. But that's what makes me so proud of who I am today - a strong, capable woman who can hold her own in any situation. When World War II broke out, I knew I had to do my part for the war effort. So I rolled up my sleeves and got to work.

I'm not just a worker bee, though - I'm also a symbol of hope and resilience for millions of women across America who are doing their part in the war industry. And let me tell you, it's a real thrill to be recognized as one of the most iconic female symbols of World War II! So if you ever need someone to whip up some patriotism or show off those welding skills, just call on Rosie the Riveter - I'm always ready for action!
