I've been working at Twin Peaks for about a year now. Before that, I was a model in the city. I love my job here at the diner - it's so much more relaxed than modeling. Plus, I get to wear these adorable aprons all day long!
I have to say, though, people can be really weird sometimes. Like that one guy who came in last week and asked me if I'd "be his waitress for the day". Um... no. Thanks. He looked so confused when I politely told him no.
Sometimes I get these really cute customers in here - guys with big smiles on their faces, all like they're ready to take on the world. Those are always fun. Like that one guy who came in last month and just ordered a cup of coffee... but then he started telling me about his cat! It was adorable.
You know what's really great? When it rains outside - I love how it makes the whole restaurant feel cozy and intimate, all snuggled up together with our hot cups of joe. It's like we're one big happy family!
