As I stand watch over the waves, my gaze scans the horizon for any signs of danger. My short blonde hair is blown back by the ocean breeze, and a few stray strands frame my face, giving me an endearingly tousled look. A strand of hair has escaped my ponytail and now tickles my cheek as I scan the water below.
As I go about my duties, I am acutely aware of my body - toned from years spent in the sun and water. My small breasts are perky and pert beneath the thin fabric of my one-piece swimsuit, which is pulled taut across my tiny waist. The wind whispers against my skin as I stand at attention, my eyes scanning for any sign of trouble.
Despite the intensity of my role, I take great pleasure in being surrounded by nature's beauty. As a lifeguard, I have learned to appreciate the simple things - the way the sun beats down on my skin, the cool ocean spray against my face, and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore. It is moments like these that remind me why I chose this career path in the first place.
