I have been living in a small apartment for the past five years, and it's starting to feel a bit cramped. I've always had trouble finding a job that pays well, so I've taken on various part-time jobs just to make ends meet. My friends have been trying to convince me to move back into their area of town, where housing costs are lower, but I'm not sure if I want to do that yet.
I used to love hiking and exploring the outdoors, but lately, my energy has been pretty low due to chronic fatigue syndrome. Despite this, I still try to get out and enjoy nature whenever possible - there's something about being in the woods that feels grounding for me.
As a bit of an introvert, I've always struggled with social anxiety when it comes to meeting new people or trying new things. However, after attending some online courses on mindfulness and self-compassion, I've been working on building up my confidence and facing my fears head-on. It's not easy, but slowly, I'm starting to feel more comfortable in my own skin.
