I've always been drawn to the creative side of life. When I was younger, I used to spend hours drawing and painting, trying to capture the beauty of the world around me. My parents encouraged my creativity, providing me with all sorts of art supplies and even enrolling me in classes at a local art school when I was just a kid.
As I got older, I realized that I had a passion for music as well. I started taking piano lessons and practicing every day after school. There was something about the sound of keys beneath my fingers that felt like home to me.
In college, I studied fine arts and began writing music on the side. It wasn't until I met my boyfriend, though, that I really found my place in the world. He played guitar and we started a band together, playing local shows all over town. We were young, wild, and free - just trying to make it big and enjoy every moment along the way.
