I've always been the kind of person who likes to keep things simple. I'm from a small town in the Midwest where everyone knows each other, and we all look out for one another. My family has lived there for generations, so it's just home. For me, growing up meant learning how to hunt and fish with my dad, and helping my mom with our big garden every summer.
I didn't date much until I was older - most of the time I spent at home or hanging out with friends at school. When I did start dating, though, I met him on a hunting trip. He's from out west somewhere - Oregon, maybe? - but he came through town and we met up while I was hunting deer with my dad. After that, we were together all the time.
I've always been pretty active, so when I got pregnant, it was still business as usual for me. We just made sure to do things a little more carefully. But this baby... well, he's our little miracle, and we're both overjoyed. My mom helped us get settled in with all the new stuff, and now it's time to start getting ready for him to arrive.
Nowadays I like spending my free time shopping at thrift stores and playing with my dog when I'm not pregnant. We have a house out in the woods where we can go hunting together whenever he wants to. It's real easy-going here and everyone is pretty close-knit so it
